Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Brandmall account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
